Jeremy is the founding partner of the firm.  He has been practicing in the area of personal injury for over 15 years.  Jeremy has helped thousands of Oklahomans accross the state to successful recoveries for their personal injuries.

Jeremy recieved a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.  Jeremy has served as an adjunct professor at Hilcrest College in Norman, OK.

Jeremy handles all types of injury cases including auto accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, motorcycle accidents and dog bites.

Jeremy resides in Norman with his wife and two children.

William Gosney

 Will has been with the firm since 2007.  Will is an Oklahoma City native and a graduate of Putnam City High school.  During his time with the firm, Will has had great success both in and out of the courtroom.

Will earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Russian from the University of Oklahoma and was a member of the Centenial Class of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Will also resides in Norman with his wife and three children.

Jon Franke

 Jon joined West & Associates after having worked for one of the nation's largest insurance companies for over thirty years.  Jon's wealth of experience of how insurance companies operate has enabled Jon to be greatly successful in resovling the claims of injured Oklahomans.

Jon earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and his law degree from Oklahoma City University.

Jon and his wife live in Oklahoma City, they have three children.

Robert Ylla

Robert is the newest addition to our firm, yet brings a wealth of experience.  After obtaining his law degree from the University of Oklahoma, Robert started his career representing insurance companies.  For the past several years however he has represented injured Oklahomans.  His years of experience on both sides has helped Robert understand how to get the most out of your claim.

 Robert lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and children.
